Professor Megan Richardson received her BA.LLB from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. She has an LLM from Yale University, where she was a Fulbright scholar, and an LLM in comparative law from the Free University of Brussels. Prior to her appointment at the University of Melbourne, Megan was a Senior Legal Research Officer at the New Zealand Law Commission and for a brief time worked at the Victorian Law Reform Commission and Australian Law Reform Commission. She has also worked as a solicitor practising commercial law at Chapman Tripp Sheffield Young in Wellington. Particular areas of academic interest and expertise are in the fields of intellectual property and privacy. |
